Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Marven is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact page. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
